
INGREDIENTS:
8 Walnuts, shelled
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
Handful of fresh parsley
Pinch of red pepper flakes
6 Tablespoons of olive oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Parmesan for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a food processor, add the walnuts, garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper, salt & pepper and mix. Transfer to a bowl and add olive oil. Let sit. Toss with pasta and top with grated Parmesan.
